CBI will interrogate seven named accused in Nafe Singh Rathi murder case

For this, notice had already been sent to everyone by CBI.

Haryana: CBI will interrogate seven named accused on Tuesday regarding the murder case of former INLD state president and former MLA Nafe Singh Rathi in Haryana. For this, CBI had already sent notice to all the seven accused named in the FIR.

These include the names of chairperson Saroj Rathi’s husband Ramesh Rathi, former MLA Naresh Kaushik, former chairman Karambir Rathi, Kamal Rathi, former minister Mangeram Rathi’s son Satish Numberdar, Gaurav Rathi and Rahul.

It is being said that all the seven accused will be interrogated one by one in the camp office set up by CBI in the Public Works Department of Bahadurgarh. For this inquiry, CBI has prepared a long list of questions related to the murder.

Answers to all these questions will be sought by CBI from all these accused. At the same time, on the basis of the link found with the accused arrested in this case, CBI will also interrogate Jatwara residents Manish Rathi and Manoj Rathi. It is being said that one of them is currently abroad.

Along with this, CBI will also interrogate the people whose names have been given by Nafe Singh Rathi’s son Jitendra Rathi on the basis of suspicion. At present no notice has been sent to him by CBI. It is being told that these include the names of NP Vice Chairman Rajpal alias Paleram Sharma, Congress leader Vijendra Rathi and his son Sandeep Rathi.

In the investigation conducted by CBI so far in this murder case, the role of Delhi Police is being found quite suspicious. CBI has expressed its suspicion on an officer posted in the Special Cell of Delhi Police. An officer posted in the Special Cell is not joining the CBI investigation.

CBI has sent notices to him twice, but till now he has not appeared before the CBI team for questioning. In such a situation, a letter was written by the CBI to the higher officials of the Special Cell and a demand was made to order the concerned officer to join the investigation.
