Chandigarh: There are chances of rain once again amidst the constantly increasing heat in Haryana. The India Meteorological Department has predicted rain in the state from tomorrow, March 12 to March 14, Holi. The effect of western disturbance can be seen from this morning itself, the sky is cloudy. Due to this the day temperature may remain stable.
At the same time, a drop in maximum temperature can also be seen in the coming days. Temperature is rising rapidly in Haryana. The maximum temperature has gone above 30 degrees in 9 districts. The temperature in Mahendragarh has reached 33.7 degrees which was the highest.
Apart from this, intense heat is already being felt in the areas of Haryana adjoining Rajasthan. Meteorologists believe that the western disturbance will provide some relief but after this the temperature will rise rapidly again.
Strong winds will blow today and tomorrow
Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of the Department of Agricultural Meteorology, Chaudhary Charan Singh Agricultural University, Haryana, said that the weather in Haryana is likely to remain generally variable till March 13. During this time, due to the partial effect of 2 consecutive western disturbances, there is a possibility of partial cloudiness in most areas due to change in winds intermittently during March 13.
The winds are expected to blow at moderate to strong speed during March 11 and 12. But the weather may change again due to the possibility of another western disturbance becoming more active from March 14.
