One lakh cash and jewellery steals in Sirsa

The family had gone to the Gurudwara when they returned, the items were found scattered in the rooms, case registered.

Haryana: In Chatargarhpatti of Sirsa, Haryana thieves committed a big crime in a house. The thieves stole jewellery of worth lakhs and cash worth one lakh rupees from the house. Civil Lines police station has registered a case against unknown people on the complaint of the house owner and started investigation.

In the complaint given to the police, the house owner Pritam Singh, resident of Chatargarhpatti, said that he had gone to work on Thursday morning. After this, his wife Praveen, brother Kuldeep Singh and sister-in-law Suman went to the Gurudwara. When the three returned in the evening, all the stuff in the room was scattered and the cupboard was open. A gold necklace, a ring, a locket and a gold chain and cash worth one lakh rupees were found missing from the cupboard. The family members called and informed him about the incident.

Pritam Singh says that he reached home and informed the police about the incident. Pritam Singh says that the thieves have stolen about 4 tolas of gold jewellery and one lakh rupees. Investigating officer Satvir Singh says that the police has registered an FIR against unknown people. Soon the thieves will be identified and arrested.
