CM Mamata Banerjee should take lessons from CM Yogi: Haryana Minister Anil Vij

Haryana’s Cabinet Minister Anil Vij targeted Mamata Banerjee over a violent clash between two groups in Birbhum district of West Bengal. He stated that Hindus are not safe in West Bengal, and Mamata Banerjee’s government has failed to maintain law and order.

He also commented on the vandalism of idols in Hindu temples, questioning why Hindus are not safe in this country. He said that certain individuals try to disrupt the atmosphere during Hindu festivals and attacks on Hindu temples, and the government fails to control them.

Law and Order Completely Broken: Vij

Cabinet Minister Anil Vij further advised Mamata Banerjee to take lessons from Yogi Adityanath. He mentioned that law and order in West Bengal is deteriorating, with elements of hooliganism continuously being promoted. He suggested that Mamata Banerjee should take strict action against these elements, and if she is unable to do so, she should take a few lessons from Yogi Ji.

Anil Vij emphasized that certain people are continuously attacking our deities and disturbing the peace of the country and the state. Despite Hindus being in the majority, they are not safe in Bengal. He condemned the incident that took place during Holi and highlighted that even on the occasion of Holi, people in Bengal were unable to use the internet.

What Happened

On March 14, during the Holi celebrations, a violent clash took place between two groups in Birbhum district of West Bengal. It was alleged that some people had broken idols, leading to the violent confrontation. Following the incident, the government shut down internet services and deployed a large security force to maintain law and order. Over 20 people were detained, and the police also resorted to lathi charge.
