Ambala: CM Naib Singh Saini participated in the Rahgiri program in Ambala, Haryana, on Sunday. On this occasion, he also rode a bicycle with Minister of State for Transport Aseem Goyal and started the Ek Paudha Maa Ke Naam campaign. During this, around 500 school students were present. In the program, the Chief Minister was first saluted by the police personnel. After this, the cycle rally was flagged off. The Chief Minister and the Transport Minister themselves also participated in the cycle rally.
In Ambala, CM Naib Singh Saini started the Ek Paudha Maa Ke Naam campaign by planting a sapling. On this occasion, the CM gave a message to the people of the state to plant as many trees as possible. He said that only by planting as many trees as possible can we maintain the balance of nature.
CM buys a jute bag from a stall set up during the Rahgiri program.
The CM and the Transport Minister visited the stalls set up by various departments in the program. During this, the CM also bought a jute bag from a stall that was giving the message of not using polythene and made its payment through digital medium.The CM said that under the campaign “Ek Paudha Maa Ke Naam” started by the PM, 1.5 crore saplings will be planted in Haryana. The CM said that in the last 10 years, our government has planted about 18 crore trees. The CM said that, given the environment, we are going to keep 50 thousand Van Mitras in Haryana. They will be given Rs 20 per sapling for planting and taking care of the sapling.
