Hisar: After the defeat in the Haryana assembly elections, Congress is now in the mood to take some strict steps. If sources are to be believed, Congress can start this by electing another MLA in place of former CM Bhupendra Hooda as the leader of the legislative party.
There is a discussion that Congress can play a big bet by making Chandramohan Bishnoi, son of former CM Chaudhary Bhajanlal, the leader of the legislative party.
Chandramohan is not from the Hooda faction, so if he is made the leader of the legislative party, the leaders of the Hooda faction may protest. But in the meeting held in Delhi, Rahul Gandhi has indicated that the party can now take some strict steps.
In fact, in the meeting held in Delhi after the defeat in the state, Rahul Gandhi had said without naming anyone that the interests of some leaders in Haryana have become above the party. After this statement of Rahul, both former CM Bhupendra Hooda and Kumari Selja have maintained silence.
As per Rahul’s statement it is estimated that the high command is now looking at big changes in Haryana Congress and it can be started with the change of the leader of the legislative party, Congress state president and Congress in-charge.
