A high-speed Creta car lost control and collided with a tractor-trolley near the Ghamdoj toll on the Sohna elevated flyover in Gurugram at midnight. This incident happened around 12 o’clock late night. In the accident, one person riding in the Creta car and five labourers riding on the tractor-trolley were seriously injured.
All the injured were immediately admitted to Medanta Hospital, where their condition is said to be critical. Police reached the spot and removed the damaged vehicles from the road and made the traffic smooth.
Creta hit from behind
According to the police, preliminary investigation revealed that the tractor-trolley was running on the highway. Meanwhile, Creta coming from behind at high speed hit it. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the local police immediately reached the spot and started relief work. Along with taking the injured to the hospital, the police has started investigating the accident.
Vehicles removed with the help of crane
Sohna elevated road is a busy route and there is traffic pressure 24 hours a day. Police said that after the accident, the traffic on the road was affected for some time, but with the help of a crane, the damaged vehicles were removed and traffic was restored.
