Direct flight from Haryana to Shri Ram Mandir: CAAI gives approval; work to be completed by 28 Feb

Chandigarh: Now, direct flights will be available from Haryana to Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh). This facility will start from the state’s first domestic airport Ambala. The Civil Aviation Airport Authority of India (CAAAI) has also agreed to this. A joint meeting of officials of Civil Aviation, Airport Authority of India, Police and other departments discussed starting.

A joint meeting of officials of Civil Aviation, Airport Authority of India, Police and other departments discussed starting flights from the domestic airport Ambala Cantt. Energy Minister Anil Vij and Civil Aviation Minister Vipul Goyal were also present in this meeting.

In the meeting, the Minister of Energy, Transport and Labour said that building a domestic airport in Ambala Cantonment was an impossible task but a lot of struggle has been made to make it possible. Ambala Cantonment is a very old junction, people will get a lot of benefits by building a domestic airport here and the development of the area and employment opportunities will also increase.

There will be a meeting in Chandigarh soon

The next meeting will also be held in Chandigarh soon to start air service from the airport. Before this, Vij inspected the new eye baggage scanner machine and other equipment at the domestic airport.

Civil Aviation Advisor Dr. Narhari Singh Bangad, AVSEC Training and Audit AAI Manager Reena Bansal, ED Security AI SK Malik, Consultant HADC Captain Ashutosh Vashisht, Project Director AS Gill from Civil Aviation, Project Consultant MS Duhan, General Manager Engineering AAI RK Yadav, Cantt SDM Satendra Siwach, PWD SE Harpal, XEN Ritesh Agarwal and many other officials were present in the meeting.

Vipul Goyal gave time till 28 February

Through video conferencing, Haryana’s Civil Aviation Minister Vipul Goyal instructed the officials to ensure that all the minor works related to the domestic airport are completed by February 28. Under security training, provide training according to the badge and get the works on which necessary guidelines have been given while discussing the points in the meeting today, done on priority. He instructed the officials to start air service from the airport as soon as possible.
