Donald Trump’s posters burnt in Kaithal: Sloganeering against US President after deportation of migrants

Gurpreet Saini burnt posters of Donald Trump and raised slogans against him.

Kaithal: After 33 youths from Haryana were deported from the US, Kaithal BJP leader Gurpreet Saini has once again come into the limelight. He is the same Gurpreet Saini who had put up huge hoardings and posters in Kaithal to celebrate Donald Trump’s victory in the US in 2024.  But now, after the deportation of 11 youths from Kaithal, he along with other youths burnt posters of Trump and raised slogans against him.

Gurpreet Saini had then said that the friendship between Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi would strengthen India-US relations and Indians would benefit.

Gurpreet Saini said that he himself had put up posters on Trump’s victory in America, but now when 33 youths from Haryana and 11 from Kaithal were deported, he felt very sad. The youth had gone to America by spending 40-50 lakh rupees, but they were sent back with handcuffs on their hands and feet like terrorists.

Gurpreet Saini burnt posters of Donald Trump and raised slogans against him. His supporters also joined the protest. Saini said that he celebrated Trump’s victory because he hoped that Indian immigrants would get help, but now he feels cheated.

The posters put up by Gurpreet Saini in Kaithal in support of Trump had gone viral on social media earlier too. Now that he has opened a front against Trump, people are discussing his old statements.
