Water quality will be determined on the spot.

Jind: Drinking water will be tested in all 300 villages in the Jind district of Haryana. For this, the mobile water testing van of the Public Health Department will go to every village. The SDM of Uchana flagged off the van from the subdivision office on Monday.

SDM Gulzar Malik said that this is a mobile water testing van, which has been sent to us from the headquarters. It will cover all the villages in the Jind district. It started today, on 5th August. It will collect water samples in various villages till the 12th of August. Its report will be sent to the headquarters. Wherever the water is checked, we will tell them what the quality of that water is.

Randhir Madana, District Advisor, Public Health Engineering Department, Jind, said that the Public Health Department is using mobile water testing vans in all 300 villages of the district so that the quality of water can be determined in every village. So that we can know what kind of water the villagers are drinking. A mobile van is being run in every district for one or two months. It had come to Jind recently. It will stay in Uchana for 10 days.

After this, it will also cover Narwana and Ujhana. Consumers often have doubts whether the water they are drinking is fit for drinking or not. This mobile van checks the water on the spot and tells whether the water is fit for drinking or not.

Only after the water sample is taken can consumers get information about it in the van. The report of water taken from Jal Ghar, Tubewell is sent to the headquarters in Panchkula. The reports of Narwana and Panchkula are matched so that it can be known that both reports are the same.
