Faridabad: An earthquake hit Faridabad in Haryana on Thursday. Earthquake tremors were felt here twice within an hour. After which people came out of their houses. According to the National Seismology Centre (NCS), its epicentre was in Faridabad at a depth of 5 kilometres inside the ground.
The first earthquake hit at 10:54 am and the second time at 11:43 am. The intensity of the earthquake on the Richter scale was 2.4 both times.
