A big case of fake sale of plot has come to light in Hisar, Haryana. The Economic Offenses Wing of the police has arrested the second accused Kuldeep in this case. Kuldeep is a resident of Friends Colony Azad Nagar.
According to the case, Kuldeep and his accomplice Sonu together made Dharamveer Shastri of HTM Colony their victim. Both of them lured him to sell a plot of 1239 yards located at Balaji Farm House Rajgarh Road. On February 10, 2023, the deal was fixed at the rate of Rs 3 thousand per yard and Dharamveer gave Rs 24 lakh as an advance amount.
After this, the accused Kuldeep took another Rs 12 lakh and cheated a total of Rs 36 lakh. The date of registration was fixed on July 10, 2023, but Kuldeep did not reach the tehsil office that day. Investigation revealed that the plot which was sold was not in the name of the accused.
The police said that the second accused Sonu has already been arrested and sent to jail in this case. Now Kuldeep has also been arrested and sent to judicial custody after interrogation.
