Narnaul: A fire broke out in a furniture factory located in Kath Mandi in Haryana’s Narnaul at around 3 am in the morning. Due to this, the factory owner has said that he has suffered a loss of about lakhs of rupees. After getting information about the fire, fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and controlled the fire. It took more than an hour to control the fire.
Krishna Sharma, a resident of village Shobhapur, has a shop and factory in Kath Mandi. Sofa sets, beds and other furniture are made in this factory. He also sells goods in his shop here. Today morning, between 2:30 and 3 o’clock, a fire broke out in his factory.
The neighbours living there informed him about this. The fire department was also informed about this. After which two fire brigade vehicles reached the spot to extinguish the fire. The factory owner also reached the spot.
Regarding this, Krishna Kumar said that due to the fire, all the wooden items were burnt. This includes seats, frames, planks and boards and other items. Apart from this, foam and machines were also burnt.
Controlled after one hour
After receiving information about the fire, two fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. After which the fire brigade personnel controlled the fire after about an hour of hard work. But by then most of the goods had been burnt to ashes.
The cause of the fire was not known
Factory owner Krishna Kumar said that the reason for the fire in the factory is not yet known. He said that he has suffered a loss of lakhs of rupees due to the fire. He appealed to the administration that the government should compensate for his loss.
