Fire in electronic shop in Narnaund; electrical goods worth Rs 6 lakh burnt to ashes

Pramod said that he has suffered a loss of about Rs 6 lakh due to the fire.

Narnaund: Last night, a fire broke out in an electronic shop in Majra village of Hisar district of Haryana. All the goods kept in the shop were burnt to ashes in the fire. The vehicles of the Narnaund fire brigade reached the spot after getting the information and controlled the fire. By the time, the fire brigade reached all the goods kept in the shop had been burnt to ashes. The cause of the fire in the shop is currently believed to be a short circuit in the electric wires.

According to the information, Pramod, a resident of Majra village, has a shop of inverter batteries and other electronic goods. He said that on December 11, at around 9 pm, he had closed the shop properly and went home. At around 1 in the night, a call came from a person living in the neighborhood of the shop in the village that smoke was coming out of his shop and the shop was on fire.

When he reached the shop as soon as he got the information, flames were coming out from inside the shop. After this, he informed the police and the fire brigade. As soon as the information was received, the Narnaund police station and the fire brigade vehicle reached the spot. The fire brigade vehicle controlled the fire after a lot of hard work.

The shopkeeper said that it seemed that the fire was caused by a short circuit. Pramod said that he has suffered a loss of about Rs 6 lakh due to the fire. He has appealed administration to help him financially.
