Ambala: Flights are expected to take off soon from the domestic airport being built in Ambala Cantt, Haryana. Haryana Civil Aviation Minister Dr Kamal Gupta reached Ambala on Thursday.
Here, former Haryana Cabinet Minister Anil Vij welcomed him. After this, Aviation Minister Dr. Gupta and Anil Vij inspected the civil enclave (domestic airport) under construction under the Udan scheme.
During this, Aviation Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta and former Cabinet Minister Anil Vij held a meeting with the concerned officials. On this occasion, the Civil Aviation Minister directed the concerned officials to complete the construction work by July 15.
Aviation Minister Dr Kamal Gupta said that it is expected that the construction work on the domestic airport will be completed by July 15. The first flight will also take off from Ambala Cantt on August 15. Former Cabinet Minister Anil Vij said that all the formalities have been completed. The airport work will be completed in two months. An agreement has been made with the airline.
