4 arrest with heroin in Gurugram

Drugs were being taken from Delhi to Mewat; all four were taken on remand. 

Gurugram: The Gurugram unit of the Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau (HSNCB) has arrested four youths with heroin. They were going to Nuh with drugs in a car. Later, all four were produced in court and taken on remand. Their car has also been seized.

Inspector Dharambir of Gurugram HSNCB was on patrol on Faridabad Road with his team. An informant informed me that some youths living in Mewat do illegal business with heroin. At present, they have gone to get heroin from Chhatarpur in Delhi in a Baleno car. From there, the smugglers will go to Mewat via Ghata village on Faridabad Road. After this, the Gurugram team came into action and blocked the road.

According to Inspector Dharambir, after some time, a car was seen coming. The police stopped the car on the side by signalling. When the police searched the car, 236 grams of heroin were recovered from the youths travelling in it. The accused travelling in the car have been identified as Javed, Momin Khan, Mustafa, and Arbaaz, residents of Nuh.

The police have registered a case at the DLF Phase 1 police station and started proceedings.

According to Inspector Dharamveer, the four accused have been produced in court and taken on police remand. After this, the police will reach the main supplier. A special team has also been prepared for this.
