HBSE releases admit card for compartment exams

Board Chairman Dr. VP Yadav said that Senior Secondary (Academic) Compartment one day exam will be conducted on July 3.

Chandigarh:Admit cards for Senior Secondary (Educational) Compartment one day exam July-2024 and Secondary Educational Compartment/Marks Improvement/Full Subjects Exam will be available on the official website of the board www.bseh.org.in from Monday.

Candidates can download their admit card from the link given on the board’s website by filling in the previous roll number/name, father’s name, mother’s name. In these examinations, 28 thousand 280 candidates will appear for the examination at 75 examination centers across the state.

Board Chairman Dr. VP Yadav said that Senior Secondary (Academic) Compartment one day exam will be conducted on July 3. In this exam, 20 thousand 707 candidates, including 12,529 boys and 8,178 girls will appear in the exam at 75 examination centers across the state. Similarly, the Secondary (Academic) Compartment/Marks Improvement/Full Subjects exams will start from July 4 and will be conducted till July 11.

In this exam, seven thousand 573 candidates, including 4,895 boys and 2,678 girls are appearing at 28 examination centers across the state. Strict arrangements have been made by the Education Board to maintain the purity, credibility and dignity of the examinations. 26 effective flying squads have been formed for surprise inspection of examination centers.

Board Chairman Dr. VP Yadav said that if there is any error in the photo, signature and other details in the admit card of any candidate, then before the commencement of the examinations, come to the Board office and get it corrected. Errors related to photo and signature will not be corrected after the commencement of examinations. All candidates should print their coloured admit card on A-4 size paper only. Candidates should paste the same coloured photo on the admit card which was uploaded while filling the application form and also get it verified from their respective school. Entry into the examination centre will not be allowed without the admit card. All candidates should ensure to update the latest photo on their Aadhar card.

Board Chairman Dr. VP Yadav said that candidates should follow the instructions given on the admit card and ensure to reach the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Use of electronic items like mobile, calculator etc. will be prohibited in the examination centre.

If any handicapped candidate wants to avail the facility of a scribe, then such candidates can take a student of lower category as a scribe. For this, the necessary documents like copy of the result verified from the school of the scribe student, ID proof, two passport size colour verified photographs and copy of medical certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer of the candidate and application letter from the head of the institution for a scribe etc. can be taken by giving the relevant documents to the centre superintendent/head of the institution.

No solution will be given to any problem after the examination starts. All the candidates should reach the examination centre on time.
