The proceedings of the fourth day of the budget session of the Haryana Legislative Assembly have started today. Various issues are likely to be discussed during the session, which may include topics related to the economic condition of the state, new schemes and development works.
There will be 2 sittings in the assembly. The first will start at 10 am and the second at 2:30 pm. There will be question hour and zero hour in the first sitting itself. In which the MLAs will be able to ask their questions. At the same time, only the Governor’s address will be discussed in the second afternoon.
The budget session will run till March 28. CM Naib Saini will present the first budget as Finance Minister on March 17. Which can be around 1.95 lakh crores. At the same time, after the Governor’s address on the first day, there is a lot of uproar in the 2-day proceedings of the House.
