Haryana CM Saini reaches Karnal

CM Naib Singh Saini said that PM Narendra Modi has taken various steps to strengthen the farmers.

Karnal: Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini has reached Karnal. He has reached out to the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI). He listened to the live broadcast of the Prime Minister from Varanasi here. PM Modi has released the 17th installment of Kisan Nidhi through the virtual medium.

While addressing the program, CM Naib Singh Saini said that in the last ten years, PM Narendra Modi has taken various steps to strengthen the farmers. He said that the hectare on which the farmer used to get the yield in 2014 has increased by 1 percent today, and the government is buying that crop on MSP. In 2014, a double-engine government was formed, and it was decided that 14 crops would be purchased on MSP.

Before 2014, only two crops were purchased on MSP.

Apart from this, farmers are also taking advantage of the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana. Narendra Modi has worked to connect farmers with e-mandi, so they can sell their crops anywhere at a profitable price. Along with e-mandi, he has also worked to run the Kisan Train. A train has been started so that farmers do not face any problems carrying their crops, which is called the Kisan Train.

The CM said that earlier, a bag of DAP was available for Rs 237, but when the price increased at the international level, the bag became Rs 1200. Before 2014, the government did not pay any attention. It was weighing on the farmers. Even after our government came, the rate of DAP increased at the international level. But the Prime Minister called a meeting, took steps in the interest of the farmers, and started subsidies so that there was no extra burden on the farmers.

He said that, if the pain of how to empower the farmers has been seen anywhere, it has been seen under the leadership of Narendra Modi. The 17th installment of Rs 20 lakh crore is going to be sent to the accounts of about 9.26 lakh farmers in the country. Today, about 335 crore rupees will be transferred to the accounts of 16 lakh farmers. Steps have been taken to increase the income of farmers with less than 2.5 acres of land, and work has been done to deliver the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi to the farmers.
