Haryana CM announces 5% salary hike for HKRN employees

Chandigarh, June 27: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announces a salary hike for the employees of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN). The salary of the employees working under HKRN has been increased by 5 per cent. The Human Resources Department has issued a letter regarding this. These orders will come into effect from June.

Chandigarh, June 27: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announces a salary hike for the employees of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN). The salary of the employees working under HKRN has been increased by 5 per cent.

The Human Resources Department has issued a letter regarding this. These orders will come into effect from June 1. HKRN has around 1.18 lakh employees in the state.

 

The employees working on DC rate and contract basis in Haryana were merged under Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam on October 13, 2021. Last year, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini had increased the salary of the employees by 8 percent. These orders came into effect from July 1, 2024.

Under this, in category-1 districts, the salary of level-1 employees was increased from Rs 18,400 to Rs 19,872, the salary of level-2 employees was increased from Rs 21,650 to Rs 23,382, and the salary of level-3 employees was increased from Rs 22,300 to Rs 24,084.

In category-2 districts, the salary of level-1 employees was increased from Rs 16,250 to Rs 17,550, that of level-2 employees from Rs 19,450 to Rs 21,600, and that of level-3 employees from Rs 20,100 to Rs 21,708.

In category-3 districts, the salary of level-1 employees was increased from Rs 15,050 to Rs 16,254, that of level-2 employees from Rs 18,300 to Rs 19,764, and that of level-3 employees from Rs 18,900 to Rs 20,412.

There was an increase of 10 to 20% in 2023

Earlier, the salary of HKRN employees was increased in the year 2023. Under which the base rate of salary received by a person with 10 years of experience in the third level was increased to Rs 20,700. The base rate of salary of a person with 10 years of experience in a second level job was Rs 22,000 and the first level was Rs 18,100.
