Chandigarh, July 19: After the players of Haryana, the government has now given relief to the coaches. Minister of State for Sports Gaurav Gautam has released Rs 3.66 crore for the cash award to the coach. The Sports Minister said that Haryana’s sports policy is the best in the country. As a result of this, our players are increasing the pride of the country by winning the maximum number of medals in international competitions. The coach has a special contribution in preparing these players.
The government gives full respect to the coach. In this series, this amount will be given to 31 coaches of medal-winning players in international competitions. They will get the award money soon. Other coaches and players will also be given cash awards soon.
Medals come from the hard work of the coach
Sports Minister Gaurav Gautam has called upon the coaches of the state to make the players practice with more dedication and hard work so that the players can win more medals for the country. He said that the state government has recently released a cash award of about Rs 32 crore for the players who won medals in the 4th Para Asian Games 2022.
You get 7 crore rupees for getting gold
Sports Minister Gaurav Gautam said that the Haryana government gives an award of Rs 7 crore to the player who wins a gold medal in the Olympics, Rs 5 crore to the player who wins a silver medal and Rs 3 crore to the player who wins a bronze medal. Similarly, a three per cent quota is also given in jobs to make the players financially strong.
The Sports Minister has called upon the youth to stay away from addiction, participate in sports and bring glory to the state and the country by winning medals.
