Haryana Government declare Holiday on Hariyali-Teej in all schools including Private on August 7

Holiday on 7 August, regular classes to be held in schools on 6 August

Chandigarh: The Haryana Directorate of School Education has issued a letter declaring local holidays on Hariyali Teej. The instructions have been given that the local holiday on 6 August will be on 7 August. In such a situation, regular classes will be held in all the schools of the state on 6 September.

The department has issued a letter in the name of the SCERT Director, all DEOs, DEEOs, Block Education Officers, and Block Basic Education Officers of the state. It has been issued about the letter issued on 25 January. In the letter issued on 25 January, there was a mention of a local holiday on 6 August on Hariyali Teej. But now the department has issued a letter that there will be a local holiday on 7 August. At the same time, instructions were given to the officials of the Education Department to inform all the schools under their control. So the holiday of Hariyali Teej is done on 7 August instead of 6 August.
