A minor youth was stabbed to death late Tuesday night in Hisar, Haryana. The incident took place at Bogha Ram Colony in Hansi city at 11 pm. The deceased has been identified as Arun (17). He had gone out with his friends to buy goods from the shop. The miscreants who came in a car stabbed him and fled.
Local people informed about the incident on Dial 112. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and the injured Arun was taken to the Civil Hospital in Hansi, where doctors declared him dead. Arun was the only son. His father is lodged in Jhajjar jail in a case of attempted murder.
Arun’s maternal grandmother Bala said that she had stopped Arun from going out late at night, but he kept insisting on going with his friends. When he did not return home for a long time, the family called him. Arun kept saying repeatedly that he was coming in 10 minutes, but then suddenly his phone was switched off. After this, his friends reached home and informed him about the murder. After this, the family members immediately reached the hospital.
On Tuesday night, DSP Raj Singh, City Thana SHO Sadanand and CIA-2 team reached the spot. The reason for the murder is not known yet. The police have detained some youths for questioning. The statements of the family members have been recorded. The CCTV footage of the surrounding area in the police colony is being scanned.
