Haryana Police constable commits suicide in Jhajjar

The body was found hanging from a tree; he was in training in Madhuban; the father had died. 

Jhajjar: A Haryana Police constable committed suicide under suspicious circumstances in Jhajjar, Haryana. His body was found hanging from a tree. After receiving the information, the police team reached the spot. A forensic team was also called. Later, the body of the deceased was sent to Jhajjar Civil Hospital for a post-mortem.

According to the information, the deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Dushyant son Jaikishan, a resident of village Dubaldhan, district Jhajjar. He was in the Haryana Police and was currently under training in Madhuban. He had just come to his village. Dushyant was married and the father of a three-year-old son. His father, Jaikishan, died due to illness about 3 years ago. Now Dushyant was the sole breadwinner of the family.

Beri police station in-charge Amit Kumar said that the police had received information that the body of a young man was hanging from a tree in the fields near Dubaldhan village. The police team reached the spot. During the investigation and interrogation, it was revealed that the deceased was Dushyant, and he was a Haryana Police constable. He was undergoing constable training in Madhuban Karnal.

The police recorded the statement of the deceased’s cousin Ravindra in this case, got the post-mortem done, and handed over the body to the family. The reasons why the policeman, Jawan, committed suicide are not yet known.
