Kurukshetra: A son living in HUDA Sector Shahbad strangled his 56-year-old mother to death after a dispute. The son who turned into a monster stayed at home with the dead body for two days after killing his mother and did not let anyone know about it.
After detecting foul smell, the elder daughter-in-law living on the upper floor of the house called 112 and informed the police. After which the police reached the spot and arrested the son accused of murder and took the dead body into custody. Why the son who turned into a monster did this, will be revealed only after police interrogation.
Both sons lived separately
Krishna Devi’s two sons lived separately in the home of Shahbad sector. 56-year-old Krishna Devi lived in a bungalow built in Shahbad sector. Krishna lived with her younger son Mohit on the ground floor. While her elder son Rohit Kumar lived with his family on the upper floor.
On Saturday morning, when a foul smell came from the house, Rohit’s wife, on suspicion, called 112 and informed the police. When the police reached the spot after getting the information, they found the dead body of the woman lying on the ground floor of the bungalow and Mohit was also present there. The information was given to the concerned police station and the police arrested Mohit after taking the dead body in their custody.
SFL team collected evidence
After getting the information, the police team reached the spot and took the dead body in their custody and sent it to LNJP Hospital in Kurukshetra. After the murder, Mohit who was present on the spot was also arrested by the police and the SFL team was called to collect evidence. It is being told that two days ago, Mohit killed his mother by strangulating her after beating her. After which he stayed at home with the dead body for two days. Why Mohit committed the murder has not been revealed yet.
Information was received from the control room
SHO Lalit Kumar said that he had received information from the control room that a person had killed his mother. After which the police reached the spot and called the SFL team on the spot and took the dead body in their custody and arrested the son of the deceased. Initial investigation has revealed that the son killed his mother by strangling her after a fight two days ago. The police will try to find out the reasons behind the murder by investigating.
