Three days ago, the maximum temperature had crossed 39 degrees.
Strong winds on Saturday morning brought a feeling of cold. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will start increasing from Sunday. This time the temperature has dropped considerably in the last week of March.
Dr. ML Khichad, Head of the Meteorological Department of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, said that the effect of snowfall in Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal is also visible in the plains. At this time, the maximum temperature of the day should normally be between 33 to 34 degrees and the minimum temperature should normally be between 17 to 18 degrees. There is coldness in the winds due to snowfall.
Due to the winds blowing at the speed of 10-15 km per hour, it felt cool. Due to a weak western disturbance becoming active on Saturday, there was the effect of light clouds during the day. The temperature will start increasing from Sunday. The effect of heat in the weather will increase from 31 March.
After 2 April, the night temperature will also start increasing. There is no possibility of rain at the moment. Dr. ML Khichad said that the coolness in the weather at this time will benefit the wheat crop. There are chances of a bumper production of wheat. This time due to the good weather, mustard production is also coming out well.
