Fatehabad: In Haryana’s Fatehabad, Bus Adda Police Station Police, along with Pidilite Industries Company officials, raided Harsh Enterprises located in Old Sabzi Mandi. A large quantity of fake Feviquick has been recovered from here. Police have arrested the accused shopkeeper selling fake Feviquick. A case has been registered against the accused Dharamveer resident Jagjivanpura.
Police Station Incharge Sanjay Kumar said that on Saturday, Delhi resident Rahul Chandelia, manager of company Semita Legal Company L 244 Sector 25 Noida Uttar Pradesh, complained that Dharamveer resident Jagjivanpura, owner of shop Harsh Enterprises in Old Sabzi Mandi Fatehabad is selling fake product of Pidilite Industries Company’s product Feviquick. The general public and the company Pidilite are being cheated.
He said that if raids are conducted, a large quantity of fake Feviquick can be recovered. Based on information and complaint, a team was formed and action was taken. 400 pieces of fake Feviquick product of Pidilite Industries Company were recovered. When the original Feviquick and the recovered Feviquick were compared, they were found to be different.
When the shopkeeper was asked for the bills, he was unable to show them. A case has been registered against the accused under various sections of the Copyright Act at Fatehabad City Police Station.
