Haryana: In Haryana’s Rohtak PGI, OPD timings have now been changed from 8 am to 2 pm instead of 9 pm to 3 pm. The government has accepted the demand of the Joint Action Committee of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Health Sciences University for change in OPD timings for a long time.
On Monday the directive from DMER Haryana, the Director’s Office issued a letter announcing changes to OPD timings. The new timings are effective from May 20th to June 30th, the new timings are set from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The Joint Action Committee welcomed the decision and said that this decision is in the interest of patients and students, but changing the time by just one month will not be the solution. Like before, the Joint Action Committee’s demand is to change the timing from 8 to 2 throughout the summer and will continue to struggle for this in the future also.
