Heat wave in 13 districts of Haryana today; Rohtak remains hottest

The highest temperature in the state was recorded at 42 degrees Celsius in Rohtak. Talking about the minimum temperature, it was recorded lowest at 21.2 degrees Celsius in Sirsa. The effect of heat wave will be seen in 13 districts today. For this, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert.

Heat wave warning has been issued at some places on 22, 23, 24 and 25 April. In such a situation, the temperature may increase even more and people will have to face severe heat.

According to the forecast issued by IMD, the effect of heat wave can be seen in 13 districts of the state today. These districts include Sirsa, Hisar, Fatehabad, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Gurugram, Nuh, Jhajjar, Rohtak, Palwal and Faridabad. There is no alert in the districts of North Haryana. Heat is expected to increase in the districts bordering Rajasthan.

According to the weather forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, many more districts of the state will be hit by heat wave on Wednesday and Thursday. The weather will remain completely dry in the state till April 25 and people will have to face heat wave. The effect of heat wave will be seen in 15 districts on Wednesday. Jind and Sonipat are likely to be affected by it.

Talking about the weather of the last 24 hours, fluctuations were seen in the maximum temperature of districts across the state. In Haryana, the maximum drop was in the temperature of Narnaul. Where the maximum temperature fell by 3.5 degrees to 36.7 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the maximum increase was 3.2 degrees in Karnal district. After this, the temperature of Karnal reached 40.2 degrees Celsius.

If we look at the minimum temperature of Monday night released by the Meteorological Department on Tuesday morning, it has dropped by 3 degrees in 24 hours. The minimum temperature of 18.8 degrees was recorded in Sonipat and Rohtak. Faridabad had the hottest night, where the temperature was 24.5 degrees. Talking about Sonipat, the minimum temperature here has dropped by 7.1 degrees in 24 hours. This is more than all other centers in the state.
