Hisar: A young man died of a drug overdose in Hisar. A syringe was found in his hand. The police handed over the body to the family after the postmortem.
The incident happened on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Abhishek (27), a resident of Dogran Mohalla. The body of the young man was found near Shiv Chowk. The local people informed the police about it.
The family members said that Abhishek used to work at a clothes shop in Rajguru Market. He was addicted to drugs for a long time. He went out of the house after having dinner on Sunday night and did not return after that.
On Monday, information was received that his body was lying on the road near Shiv Chowk. When they reached the spot after getting the information, Abhishek had a syringe in his hand. He died due to drug overdose.
