Driver absconds with truck from Charkhi Dadri

The incident took place after being fired from the job; the accused is a resident of UP.

Charkhi Dadri: In Charkhi Dadri firing a driver from the job proved to be costly for the owner. The driver, angry at being fired, absconded with the truck parked in front of the office on Samsapur bypass in Charkhi Dadri.

The aggrieved owner has filed a complaint with the police and demanded to recover the truck and take legal action against the said driver.

In the complaint given to the police, Rakesh, a resident of Santoor village in Charkhi Dadri district, said that he works in transport and has three vehicles. He had employed a person from Uttar Pradesh as a driver on one truck. He said that on the evening of June 15, the said driver misbehaved with him after drinking alcohol. On which he fired him from the job and parked the truck in front of the office near Samsapur bypass.

A case was registered against the accused driver.

When he went to the office the next day, his truck was not there. He searched a lot but could not find any information about the truck. The complainant alleges that later, the truck driver from UP called him and said that he had stolen the truck and that if he had the guts, he should take it. Rakesh has complained to the accused driver with the police. Based on which, the police have registered a case and started further action.
