The accused is a 10th-grade student.
The police say that the accused is a class 10 student. When the police reached the spot, he started being misleading and said that two thieves entered the house and killed the girl. But, when the police interrogated him strictly, the accused confessed his crime.
The accused did not want to kill the girl.
The investigating officer in the case says that the boy told the police during interrogation that he did not want to kill her.
