Panipat: In Haryana’s Panipat city, a 16-year-old boy living in the neighbourhood abducted an 11-year-old girl from a colony in the Chandnibagh police station area. The boy took the girl away to marry her after luring her. At the time when the daughter disappeared, the mother had gone to work. When she returned, she came to know about the incident. The mother has complained about this to the police. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case of kidnapping against the boy.
In a complaint given to the Chandnibagh police station, a mother said that she originally hails from the Badaun district of UP. Recently she has lived near Krishna Garden in Panipat. On Monday, she had gone to work.
In the evening, she returned from work. During that time, she saw that her daughter was not at home.
She searched for her daughter here and there, but could not find her anywhere. She also enquired from the neighbours, but no one knew anything. After this, she also went to public places like railway stations, bus stands, religious places etc. But the daughter was not found there either.
When she returned home after searching, she started enquiring about more people there. During this, she found out that a 16-year-old boy living on rent in the street was also missing. Her daughter used to talk to that boy. The mother found out that the boy had lured her daughter intending to marry her and had taken her away.
