Murder of retired education employee in Palwal

Body thrown on railway track, lived alone in farm house, had started farming.

Haryana: In Palwal unknown miscreants killed a farmer sleeping in his farm house. Not only this, the accused picked up the body and threw it on the railway line and fled.

On the other hand, after getting information about the body lying on the railway line, GRP reached the spot and handed over the body to the family after post-mortem.

According to Mundkati police station in-charge Sundarpal, Deepak Kumar, a resident of Marroli village, has said in his complaint that his father 62-year-old Vijay Singh retired two years ago from the post of lab assistant in Nehru College, Faridabad. After retirement, father used to live alone in the farm house built on the fields near the railway crossing in Marroli, while the family lives in New Extension Colony of Palwal. Sundar, who lives in the neighborhood of the farm house, informed him that your father Vijay Singh is not at the farm house and there are blood stains near the bed.

After getting the information, the victim reached the farm house and started looking for his father by following the blood stains. He found out that someone had murdered his father on the night of June 1 and dumped the body on the railway track with the intention of disposing it. On the complaint of the deceased’s son, Mundkati police station registered a case of murder against unknown persons and started the investigation by sending a forensic team to the spot.

Since the body was found on the railway track, GRP took the body in its custody and kept it in the mortuary of the district civil hospital. GRP investigation officer Dhaniram said that taking action under 174 CrPC on the statements of the deceased’s family members, the body was handed over to his family after post-mortem.
