They commit fraud with people in the name of giving customer service to foreign nationals by calling in the name of technical assistance. The accused used to listen to calls coming on a fake toll-free number, who, in the name of providing customer service for Microsoft, Amazon, NETFLIX, IOS, CashApp, and PayPal, told different problems and misled the people by telling them about remote access to their system through AnyDesk, Team Viewer, and Ultra Viewer App. Instead of telling them the actual problem, they told the customer about other problems: personal information is in danger, many hackers are connected, connected devices are not safe, financial information has been leaked, cancel the order, refund, etc., and in the name of solving the problem, they used to make them transfer money online.
