One after the other, more than 60 bodies have reached the mortuary for a postmortem in the last three days. Out of these 60 bodies, 18 are unidentified. The cause of their deaths is also not yet known. In such a situation, it is believed that most of these 18 people have died due to heat.

So many bodies were brought for postmortem that once again the memories of the Corona period was refreshed. More than 60 bodies have arrived here during the last three days. As there was less space inside the postmortem house, the bodies were lined up outside. Now the waiting has started for the postmortem. People have to wait for 24 to 30 hours.

On the other hand, health department officials say that no one has died due to the heat wave in the district so far, nor has any serious patient suffering from heat reached the civil hospital for treatment. Employees working in the mortuary say that the number of dead bodies has increased since the last three days. During the post-mortem, there were no marks of any kind of injury on the bodies of most of the dead bodies.

Normally, 5 to 10 dead bodies were post-mortemed every day, but in the last three days, an average of 20 dead bodies have been post-mortemed.
