Deepak, the boyfriend of wife Divya, accused in the famous Magan suicide case of Rohtak, has reached the Punjab and Haryana High Court for anticipatory bail. Deepak has knocked the door of the High Court after his bail plea was rejected by the Rohtak court. The petition is likely to be heard on Wednesday. Magan committed suicide by making a video on June 18. He held his wife and her boyfriend responsible for his death.
According to the information, six days ago, Rohtak Court Judge Shailendra Kumar rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Magan’s wife, Divya and police constable colleague Deepak. The court took this decision on the basis of videos, pornographic clips, call details and bank records recorded before the suicide.
It is worth noting that on June 18, Magan alias Ajay Suhag committed suicide by hanging himself after being upset with the alleged infidelity of his wife, Divya. In this case, many videos of Divya and Deepak went viral on social media.
Magan committed suicide by hanging himself on June 18. He made a video before dying. In which he alleged that his wife, Divya, and her policeman boyfriend are harassing him. Wife Divya tells him to kill his father and sell the ancestral land because her policeman boyfriend needs money to get promoted.
Strict action should be taken against both. A video of Divya and Deepak also surfaced, in which Divya was doing an obscene dance. Magan’s family alleges that Divya had sent this video to Magan. After this, Magan committed suicide.
