Palwal: Three miscreants forcibly abducted a minor sleeping at home in Palwal, Haryana. In the horrific incident, the miscreants abducted the minor from her home and later gang-raped the minor at a culvert near the highway, away from her home, and fled away after leaving her unconscious. The family later found the girl unconscious near the highway.
The minor’s father, in a complaint to the Uthavad police station, said that his daughter was sleeping in the courtyard of the house. Around 1.30 am, three youths riding a bike kidnapped his daughter and forcibly took her with them. When the father found his daughter missing from home at night, he started searching for her.
The miscreants also beat up the girl
When he reached the highway while searching around, he found the girl lying unconscious on the culvert. After which, when the minor regained consciousness, she told her family about her ordeal. The minor girl told that the accused raped her and also beat her up when she protested against it.
The girl complained to the police against the accused that three youths forcibly who took her with them at night by giving her some intoxicating substance. All three gang-raped her after which they left her lying unconscious on the culvert. After regaining consciousness, the girl told everything to her family.
Investigating officer of Uthavad police station SI Surekha told that a person living in the village of the police station area and his 17-year-old daughter told in the complaint that the accused Arif, Mujmil and Wajid, a resident of some village of district Nuh, kidnapped his daughter from home at night and gang-raped her.
Uthavad police station has registered an FIR against the accused under various sections including gang rape and kidnapping on the basis of the father’s complaint. According to Uthavad police station in-charge Tek Singh, the accused are being searched. Soon the accused will be in police custody.
