More than 10 gangs in Rohtak: Over 300 youths between 16 to 22 years involved

Gang wars between criminals are taking a toll on all businesses, big and small, day by day. Every year, members of each other’s gangs are being killed in gang wars in Rohtak. More than 10 gangs are active in the district, and these include more than 300 youths between the ages of 16 and 22. In Rohtak, to show themselves as big, members of each other’s gangs are being targeted. 137 members of these gangs are on the police radar. The police have prepared their records and have said that action will be taken soon.

Ritali Gang War: Notorious gangster Himanshu alias Bhau, resident of Ritholi, has an old rivalry with gangster Sunny and his brother Ankit alias Baba of the same village. Hansraj Driver and Bhau’s uncle Jitendra had worked together in transport. Then they had taken a liquor contract together and there was a dispute in it.

It is alleged that Hansraj Driver along with Ankit Ritaulia of the village had killed Bhau’s cousin Rohit. Rajendra alias Mandu of the same village, who came to save Rohit, was also shot dead. After this the gang war started.

Now Bhau is running the gang sitting abroad, while Sunny is active at the local level. Sunny and his partner Ravi were arrested by Jhajjar Police recently. Sunny was arrested again in 2024 after getting bail in Arms Act. Sagar has also been arrested along with him.

So far 18 people have been killed in Karor gang war

Anandpal was shot dead in 2018 due to old enmity in Karor. In this, on the statement of Anand’s wife, a case was registered against about 20 people including Anil Chhippi, Sandeep alias Kala Jathedi in Sampla police station. Mohit’s name also came to the fore. The enmity has been going on in the village for 24 years and 18 people have been killed. Mohit was also shot dead. Deepak Furtila of Baghpat had provided the weapons. There is a rivalry between Chhippi and Chhaju gang in Karor.
