Gangster Papla Gurjar gets life imprisonment

Haryana: Narnaul court has sentenced gangster Papla Gurjar for killing a witness in his own house amidst police security. The court of Narnaul Additional Sessions Judge Honorable DN Bhardwaj sentenced the convicted Papala Gurjar to life imprisonment.

Honorable Court has convicted Vikram Papala resident of Khairoli police station Sadar Mahendragarh under section 302/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Papala Gurjar was also accused of absconding after attacking a policeman with bullets in Rajasthan.

This is the whole matter: In the year 2015, unknown persons entered Shri Ram’s house, broke the door of the room and shot him dead. The wife of the deceased, Ramadevi, is a resident of village Biharipur. She had four children, the eldest Bimla Devi was married in village Khairoli, who was murdered on 21 August 2015. The younger one was Patram and the middle boy was Mahesh, who was murdered in March 2014 and the younger son is Satpal. Due to fear, Patram and Satpal lived outside along with their families. She and her husband lived in the village. His brother-in-law Sandeep was murdered in front of Narnaul court in December 2014. Husband Shriram was a witness in the murder cases, in which the daughter-in-law of Bhimsingh, Subesingh and Ashok, Dharambir, Bimla, Virendra, Vikam Khairoli and Subhash Chandra’s son broke the door of their room and opened fire on the husband in front of police security. Gave it and put it and police activities aside. Was shot with bullets. The police had filed a case.


Under the Code, the punishment is life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 20,000, under section 449 IPC the punishment is five years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 and two years rigorous imprisonment.

Under 201 IPC, two years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2,000 have been imposed and under the Arms Act, one year rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2,000.
