Charkhi Dadri: NHM employees demonstrated in the city on Monday in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, regarding their pending demands. The employees gathered at the Mother Child Hospital located near Rohtak Chowk; after that, they demonstrated in the city under the leadership of District President Sombir Sharma and reached Charkhi Dadri Civil Hospital. There they demonstrated by staging a dharna regarding their demands. A memorandum was submitted to the CMO regarding their demands.
NHM employees are on strike for four days regarding their permanent employment and their other demands. Till now, the government has not taken cognizance of their demands. Due to this, there is a lot of anger against the government among them. Due to this, the NHM employees demonstrated at Rohtak Chowk, Bus Stand Road, Loharu Road, etc. in Charkhi Dadri city regarding their demands, and they reached the Civil Hospital shouting slogans against the government.
District President Sombir Sharma said that their main demand is that they should be made permanent. It has been a long time since they have been serving, but the government has not taken care of them. The government is completely ignoring them and oppressing them. Be it the Corona period or any other time, the NHM employees have worked with full honesty and hard work. Despite this, they are not being heard by the government, which is wrong.
He said that they are on an indefinite strike for their demands, and their struggle will continue until their demands are met.
