In view of the monsoon season in Meham of Rohtak district, the administration has started preparations to deal with the flood, so that the problems can be controlled in time and farmers and common people do not have to face problems during the rainy days.
SDM Mukund said that a control room has been set up in room number 6 of the local mini secretariat to deal with the flood situation.
Will coordinate relief activities
Two employees have been deployed in the control room. Bill clerk Kushal (mobile number- 9017581767) and District Officer Vishnu of Irrigation Department (mobile number- 8683837028) will be available here 24 hours. These employees will coordinate flood control management and relief activities.
Also, in case of a flood, they will coordinate with the concerned departments for immediate action, monitoring and reporting.
