Hisar: After the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Haryana CM Nayab Saini has cancelled all his programmes. Today he had a public meeting in Nalwa assembly constituency of Hisar and Mahendragarh today. These programs have been cancelled in view of former PM Manmohan Singh’s demise.
A day earlier, BJP leaders and the administration had taken stock of the preparations for the programme. Waterproof tents were also set up here in view of the possibility of rain. CM Nayab Saini is going to every assembly and conducting Thanksgiving meetings. He has held public meetings in many assemblies so far.
Earlier on December 21, after the death of Om Prakash Chautala, the CM’s rally in Uklana assembly constituency of Hisar was cancelled. Now this is the second time that the CM’s pre-scheduled programme in Hisar has been cancelled. Like Nalwa, the invitation for the rally was given to every village in Uklana too. Tents, chairs and stages were set up at the rally site.
