Haryana: Railways is working rapidly towards electrification. Gradually, trains are now being run with electric engines instead of diesel engines. While this will keep the environment clean, it will also increase the speed of trains. Railways on Friday ran Ludhiana-Hisar and Hisar-Bhiwani trains with electric engines.
34 trains running and passing through Hisar with electric engines
86 trains of Bikaner division are running with electric engines. Of these, 34 trains run from and pass through Hisar. Soon other trains will also be seen running with electric engines.

On Nivar also, Hisar-Ludhiana and Bhiwani-Hisar trains will run with electric engines. At the same time, on May 26, Ludhiana-Bhiwani, Bhiwani-Dhuri and on May 27, Dhuri-Bhiwani and Bhiwani-Ludhiana trains will also run with electric engines. A letter has been issued by the Railways regarding this.
