Record registration in Haryana Sikh Gurudwara elections:1111 new applications in one day

111 new applications were received in a single day on January 10, taking the total number of registered voters to 69,707.

Sirsa: The upcoming elections of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee are witnessing a massive voter turnout. According to District Nodal Officer and Revenue Officer Sanjay Chaudhary, 1111 new applications were received in a single day on January 10, taking the total number of registered voters to 69,707.

Out of the 9 wards in the district, the highest number of voters were registered in Rori ward (Ward 36) at 11,695, where 185 new applications were received. Dabwali ward had 9,923 voters and 150 new applications, Ellenabad had 9,467 voters and 89 applications, and Kalanwali had 8,857 voters and 141 new applications were received.

Baraguddha ward has 7,497 voters and 39 applications, Sirsa has 7,203 voters and 243 applications, Rania has 5,766 voters and 13 applications, Nathusari Chowpata has 5,185 voters and 92 applications, and Pipli has 4,114 voters and 159 new applications have been registered. According to officials, the process of making the received applications online is underway, which will be completed soon.
