The Haryana government transferred 42 IPS and 13 HPS officers late on Monday night. This includes IGs of 4 ranges and SPs of 14 districts. Special care has been taken of the area of Transport Minister Anil Vij. IPS officer Pankaj Nain, posted in CMO here, has been given additional charge of IG of Ambala Range.
Hisar IG Dr. M Ravi Kiran has been appointed Karnal Range IG. Krishna Kumar Rao, who was looking after the charge of Rohtak Range, has been appointed IG in his place. Y Puran Kumar has been appointed IG of Rohtak Range.
Fatehabad SP Aastha Modi has been sent to Kaithal. Panipat SP Lokendra Singh has been given the responsibility of Ambala Police Commandant along with Security CID. Bhupendra Singh has been appointed SP in Panipat. Mayank Gupta has been removed from Rewari and given the charge of Sirsa SP. Ajit Singh Shekhawat has been appointed SP in Ambala. Hisar ASP Prateek Gehlot has been appointed ASP in Kurukshetra.
Sibas Kaviraj has been given the responsibility of Panchkula Police Commissioner. ADGP Mamta Singh has been given the dual responsibility of IRB Bhondsi, Gurugram and ADGP Crime in Panchkula. 1999 batch IPS officer Rajshree Singh has been appointed as the Police Commissioner of Jhajjar.
Deepak Saharan has been appointed as SP Cyber along with SP Vigilance. Nikita Gehlot has been appointed as Railway SP. B Satish Balan has been given the responsibility of IGP IRB Bhondsi.
