Rewari: Charred body found near garbage heap

After taking the body remains in custody, it has been kept in the mortuary now. Police teams are investigating the entire matter.

Rewari: A completely burnt body of a youth was found near Harchandpur Road near Delhi-Jaipur Highway-NH-48 in Rewari district of Haryana. It is suspected that he was murdered and later the body was burnt. After receiving the information, the Bawal police station reached the spot and the FSL team also investigated. After taking the body remains in custody, it has been kept in the mortuary now. Police teams are investigating the entire matter.

In fact, on Saturday morning at around 11 am, the police received information that a burnt body was lying in a garbage heap on the right-hand side on the road going towards Harchandpur from the highway. A person from Harchandpur village gave this information. Immediately after receiving the information, police teams reached the spot. Bawal SHO Lajpat himself also reached the spot. This information was given to the top police officials. After which the FSL team arrived.

During the investigation, it was found that the body was charred and only the skeleton was left. After the investigation by the FSL team, it was taken into custody. According to the police and FSL, the age of the deceased is around 35 years.

Bawal police station in-charge Lajpat said that it seems that the murder took place at some other place and the body was brought here and then burnt.  Police teams are investigating the matter from every angle. At present, efforts are being made to identify the body.
