Rohtak: Child leaves home after argument with father over studies

Rohtak: A 19-year-old boy, a resident of Rohtak’s village Gandhara, went missing from home after his father scolded him for his studies. The father had scolded his only son for his studies, after which the son ran away from home at night. When parents contacted the child, a woman’s voice was heard, and after that, the phone was switched off.

The victim’s family complained about the matter to the police. Jai Bhagwan, a resident of Rohtak’s village Gandhara, complained about the child’s disappearance at Sampla police station. He told me that his brother Baljeet used to trade animals. Baljeet’s son is about 19-year-old Ravindra alias Sonu studying at ITI. On the night of August 1-2, there was an argument over negligence in studies. Baljeet scolded his son for studying.

When they woke up in the morning, Ravindra, alias Sonu, was not at home. He left the house at around 2:30 in the night without telling anyone. They contacted him on his phone. When they called at 2 in the afternoon, a woman’s voice was heard. After this, they tried to dial his number, but the phone was switched off. After this, they complained about the matter to the police. The police have registered a case and started searching for the youth. But till now no trace of the youth has been found.
