Investigation conducted twice by the DC

On this complaint, investigation was conducted twice by MD Sugar Mill and DC. After taking legal opinion, the Sarpanch has been suspended under Section 51 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act 1994. He has been ordered to immediately hand over all the charge of the Gram Panchayat and the movable and immovable property of the Panchayat to the Panch with majority.

According to him, the bill of 67 thousand rupees was paid by taking advantage of the interest waiver scheme of the Electricity Corporation.
