Karnal: SP Mohit Handa reached the District Secretariat in Karnal, Haryana, and took charge today. After taking charge, the police captain held a meeting with all the officers and gave the necessary instructions.
After the meeting, the SP reached Karnal Stadium directly and inaugurated the 57th District Level Open Badminton Tournament.
He inaugurated the tournament by releasing balloons into the air and cutting the ribbon. Along with this, the SP also played badminton with the Chairman of the Tournament Management Committee, which was inspiring for the players. The Tournament Management Committee warmly welcomed the police captain.
During this, SP Mohit Handa while talking said that his priority would be to maintain law and order and take forward the ongoing work. He said that if any kind of suggestion comes, it will also be considered and steps will also be taken for crime control.
Work will also be done to implement new laws. Along with this, he also gave a message to the players: stay away from drugs so that the young generation becomes healthy and prosperous.
SP Mohit Handa gave the message to the children to channel their positive energy into sports and advised them not to let any negative thoughts enter their minds. He said that Haryana has a history of players from here bringing glory to the country around the world and will continue to do so in the future as well.
